The hotel staff at the place were super friendly and always ready to help, which was a nice touch. the spa and swimming pool were a great way to unwind after a day of exploring the area. the only downside was the unheated children's play zone - my kids were bummed about the lack of proper equipment to enjoy the games 🙁.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and were extremely impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with everything being spotless and brand new. The staff, especially the restaurant staff, went above and beyond in their courtesy and service. Chef Tekchand jee was particularly outstanding, even preparing a special dish for us. The variety of food in the restaurant was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The hotel also offers an extraordinary view of the mountains from the room, which was a bonus.
Although the price tag of the hotel is slightly high compared to other Best Western hotels, the overall experience was worth it. The only downside we encountered was the design of the bathroom, with no partition between wet and dry areas and no platform for toiletries.

The hotel was in a great location. We were close to plenty of restaurants and shops and it was easy to get around. The hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room itself was very nice, with a comfortable bed and plenty of amenities.
The breakfast area was a bit small and crowded, but the breakfast itself was tasty. The noise from the parties on the 6th floor at night was a bit disruptive, but it didn't really bother us too much. we had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely stay there again.
